Due to the quality of Lee's Adventure Sports outdoor adventure gear, outerwear and apparel, and the unpredictability of consumer demand, some products may be back-ordered or sold-out.
Please note: because our products are on sale at our store as well as online, we cannot assure that the product you order is available at the time you place your order. If this is the case with your order, we will make every effort to contact you, using the information you provide, to offer an alternative product.

30-Day Money-Back Return Policy
It is our goal to provide high-quality products that you will love to use. If for any reason you decide that your purchase is not suitable to your needs, please feel free to return your purchase. With proof of purchase or a receipt, Lee's Adventure Sports will refund 100% of the purchase price on all items listed in our web catalog that are returned in new, unused, unwashed and sellable condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping charges may apply to you.
Exception: due to safety concerns we cannot accept returns on water filters, climbing equipment, or mounted skis.
Please take the time to examine and/or try on your purchase before you use it. Walk around indoors on carpet in your boots before you take them on the trail. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone (1.269.381.7700) or email (), or return it in new, unused, and sellable condition as per the instructions below.
You can return by shipping the item(s) back to us with your invoice or bring the item(s) into the store and we will credit your credit card. Please include all original packing, stuff sacks, warranty information, instructions and any other materials along with your receipts of purchase.

Please insure the item at the purchase price value, and ship prepaid by a method that will deliver the item within 10 days. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused.
When the returned merchandise arrives at Lee's Inc, your charge card will be credited for the purchase amount.
Lee's Adventure Sports offers both standard and expedited shipping via UPS. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Please contact us if you want to ship to a PO Box.
We will ship orders via UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day. UPS Ground is only available within the continental United States. UPS Ground shipping rates do not apply to customers in Alaska or Hawaii. Alaska & Hawaii Customers: Please pick 2nd Day Air or Next Day.
NOTE on Addresses
Orders require a shipping and billing address. Our policy is to ship to the billing address only. If you require us to ship to an address other than the billing address, it must be on file with your credit card company. If your order does not meet these requirements, you will receive an email informing you that we are unable to ship your order.
Lee's Adventure Sports offers free UPS Ground shipping within the continental US on orders over $99. Boats and Yakima Luggage Boxes are excluded from this offer. UPS Ground will take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Standard shipping orders will be processed for shipment by the end of the following business day.
