Looking for a workout program that will boost your readiness for the fall & winter season? Lee’s Adventure Sports and Crossfit AZO present Paddle and Peak Performance (P3), a program designed to get all outdoor enthusiasts in excellent condition for their season.
The P3 workouts are designed to improve overall strength, work capacity, and endurance using CrossFit methodology (a general strength and conditioning program) with sport-specific emphasis involved. Sessions are 3 times a week, with the goal of providing the base fitness you need for your unique sport.
Even without a particular training goal or sport in mind, this program will get you started to improve your overall fitness. No CrossFit experience is needed. We’ll teach you all you need to know!
